When the time comes that your child have outgrown the PlatyPaws, we recommend the soft-soled Star Shoesthat goes up until size 13 and now even offer moccasins for adults. These shoes, sandals and boots have a flexible, waterproof sole.
How do I determine what size to order?
The best way to determine the size of shoe to order is to first measure the size of the child's foot. We the best way to do that is to place a piece of blank paper on the floor (preferably a hard surface, like tiles or hardwood). If possible, have your child stand on the paper. Put a pencil mark at the heel and one at the longest toe. Using a standard ruler, measure the distance between the two marks.
One caution - if you plan on putting socks on your child when they wear the shoes, it is best to measure their foot in socks. If you do not, you will need to take into account a little bit of extra room in order to accommodate the material in the socks.
The approximate ages noted above are a guide only. It is best to measure your child's foot to determine the size.

The branding is of course valid for the complete products; filling and shell. This certification, created extra trust in our products, and resulted in an increased export sales.
In year 2000 our supplier managed to fulfill the stricktest demands layed down in the Environmental
Standard Øko-Tex 1000, and became the first company of its kind to achieve the certification of the Øko-Tex 1000 standard.
This standard is a certification of the whole production process. Øko-Tex 100/1000 branding is a guaranty to the customer, that the production process is made without usage of hazardous components such as die and chemicals, and that they continously initiate activities to improve the performance regarding the environment.
NOMITE:
House dust mite allergy - no proplem with feather and down!
The NOMITE lable confirms that the product is specially adapted to people who suffer from house dust mite allergy. Bedding with natural fillings (down and feather) creates a perfect climate for the sleeping person, because it warms up rapidly when the person gets into bed and moisture (perspiration) can escape quickly from the quilt and pillow if the room is aired the next day. Rapid changed in temperature and humidity provide a poor habitat for house dust mites that rely on high humidity an warmth to propagate. Additional protection against the mites is provided by the tight weave of the higt-quality down-proff shell which works as a barrier preventing the house dust mites from penetrating the fabric.
People who suffer from house dust mite allergy can therefore fully enjoy the warmth and comfort provided by natural fill quilts and pillows carrying the NOMITE mark.
We suggest that you protect your comforter from soil and wear with a Comforter or Duvet cover. A Down Comforter and Pillow should be aired as often as possible, leave the Comforter and Pillow outside in a shaded area on a sunny day, so that moisture in the down has a chance to evaporate. Shake you Comforter and Pillow daily to help the down stay fluffy. Small spots can be washed with a wet rag.
In case it's necessary you wash your comforter and pillow. Choose a frontloading washing machine with a large capacity. Wash in warm water at delicate.
REMEMBER: The Down Comforter and Pillow have to be tumble dried together with 2 tennis balls 140-175 degrees. Take them out and shake them often. Keep them in the dryer until they are 100% dry. Avoid washing them too often, it will flatten the down.
